Job Description
The Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel is renowned for its Michelin-starred cuisine and outstanding guest service. As a Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent, you will:
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent service throughout their stay
- Handle billing at departure
- Process guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly
- Represent the hotel with courtesy, efficiency, and friendliness

Salary & Additional Information
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,084.00 gross per month (with overpayment guaranteed for qualified professionals). This role is classified in BG 3-5 of the hotel and hospitality industry collective agreement.
