🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management:
- Receive cash and other authorized payments from customers
- Issue receipts/bills for purchases
- Reconcile cash/credit receipts with sales figures
- Prepare daily cash summary reports for the Accountant

Cash Safeguarding:
- Ensure safe custody of cash, cheques, and relevant documents
- Deposit cash/cheques in the bank daily to protect company funds

Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Enhance the company’s image through efficient service

Financial Oversight:
- Monitor petty cash and authorize approved or emergency purchases
- Submit periodic accounts to the Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager

Operational Reporting:
- Keep track of customer traffic in the shop and compile daily information
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School qualification
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role

- Pleasant personality and professional grooming
- Customer service orientation with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and reliable
