About the Role
Renner Park Golf Adventure is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to help manage operations at our Clubhouse whenever the golf course is open. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong work ethics, and a keen eye for security and daily cash handling.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee shop operations during open hours
✔️ Maintain adherence to OSH rules, Health & Safety regulations, and industry standards
✔️ Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
✔️ Process and reconcile daily cash transactions accurately
✔️ Report to the Shop (Clubhouse) Manager, Course Manager & Owner
✔️ Open and close the premises as needed, ensuring security at all times
✔️ Activate alarm systems and secure valuables at the end of the day
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
✅ A General Manager Certificate under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (desirable)
✅ Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service
✅ A solid understanding of occupational health & safety regulations
✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently
✅ Strong attention to security and operational details
