Job Opportunity: E-Scooter Fleet Driver (Germany)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Fleet Operations Driver to support our growing e‑scooter service in the city. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, ensuring e‑scooters are always ready for use and making urban transportation smarter and more sustainable. This role involves shift work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deploying & Collecting E‑Scooters: Drive vans to strategically place or collect e‑scooters, ensuring they are charged and ready to ride.
• Maintaining Organization: Park e‑scooters neatly, keeping streets and sidewalks clear for pedestrians.
• Rebalancing & Repairing: Track down lost e‑scooters, inspect them, and return them to the warehouse or bring them back into circulation. Perform minor repairs directly on the street to maintain fleet availability.
• Supporting Operations: Lend a hand in the warehouse whenever needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• License & Skills: Hold a valid EU B driving license and be comfortable driving manual cars.
• Dependable Driver: A safe, trusted driver who knows the local area and is committed to safe journeys. Experience as a professional driver is a plus.
• Proactive & Hands-On: A go‑getter with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and a strong sense of ownership.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and basic mechanical tools to ensure e‑scooters are always ready for customers.
• Language Skills: Strong command of the local language; English skills are a bonus!
