Job Overview
You’ll be doing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing 🚿. Experience on ladders and rooftops is a plus. We’re looking for motivated, dependable people who love teamwork 🤝.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows, gutters, and pressure wash 🔧
- Suggest additional services to customers
- Maintain vehicle safety and inventory 🚗
- Follow safety protocols (proper shoes, ladder safety)
Role Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license 🚗
- Great communication & customer service skills 💬
- 2+ years of manual labor experience 💪
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- 2+ years of ladder experience
- Strong customer service history
- Available Monday-Saturday, willing to work long hours ⏰
- Hardworking mentally and physically
Compensation & Benefits
- $35,000 - $50,000 salary 💵
