The Work Inspector will oversee construction work, check drawings and designs, inspect materials, and ensure all projects meet the set technical standards under government rules.

Educational Qualification / Experience

Candidates must have passed the 10th class and hold an ITI certificate in Draughtsman (Civil), Surveyor, or Plumber trade from any recognized institute or board in India.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 37 / 40 / 42 years (depending on category and post)

Salary & Benefits

The monthly pay for Work Inspectors ranges from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 as per government pay scale. Additional allowances and benefits will be given according to BTSC norms.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing construction and public works.
• Verify blueprints and technical drawings.
• Check quality of building materials used.
• Assist in survey and inspection duties.
• Ensure safety and compliance at project sites.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Indian citizen with valid ID proof.
• 10th pass with ITI in related trade.
• Basic understanding of civil or technical work.
• Physically fit and ready for field inspections.
