Education & Experience

• Experience:
  • Minimum: 3+ years in Flight Dispatch or IOCC
  • Preferred: 5+ years, including 2+ years in FTO or Airline Dispatch

Key Duties

• Monitor flight schedules and coordinate operations smoothly
• Track weather data and advise on safety precautions
• Get landing permits and update flight route plans
• Guide cadets and instructors with weather and route updates
• Watch for diversions and suggest alternate options when needed
• Use dispatch systems for documentation and reports
• Coordinate with airfields, fuel services, and regulatory teams
• Collect and record aviation data from nearby stations
• Make sure all dispatch forms and records are updated on time
