Education & Experience
- High school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Salary
- $35.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
- Hire and train new cleaning staff
- Supervise team duties and schedules
- Inspect sites to ensure proper cleaning standards
- Help manage cleaning budgets and cost estimates
- Maintain records and receive payments when needed
- Assist cleaners as needed in day-to-day tasks
Qualifications / Requirements
- Reliable and flexible mindset
- Able to handle repetitive tasks
- Experience in managing or leading cleaning teams is a plus
