Position Summary
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. We aim to create a memorable and unique experience for every guest. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.
You will be empowered to move about the space and address operational needs, guest requests, complete reports, or share local highlights. In short, you make every transaction part of a unique experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
- Uphold quality standards with a professional appearance and communication.
- Be on your feet—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and perform light manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying objects up to 10 pounds without assistance).
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
