Job Description

As a Food Storekeeper, you work closely with the Food & Beverage Provision Master. You manage food inventory, order supplies, and control quality and quantity. You also handle loading, storing, and issuing food products according to USPH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Provision Master in maintaining food inventory.
• Order, receive, load, and store food products.
• Issue food items and check quality and quantity.
• Maintain storerooms per USPH guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor storeroom temperatures to ensure proper storage.
• Support the Inventory Master with daily tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a storekeeper in a reputable hotel or similar establishment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
