Qualifications & Experience:
- 🎓 Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 🛠️ Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision & Training:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train team members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

Operational Management:
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish effective work schedules to optimize operations

Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of 5-10 people, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Ability to work under pressure while performing a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
